It's almost a scam.

Most of the characters have one or at most two animations (idle or walk). What can you do with that???

And the price is announced as 57.99 but they charged me 70.10

Hi, I understand your frustration, and I'm truly sorry that the asset pack did not meet your expectations. Let me clarify a few things that might help:

Not all of the characters in the pack are meant to be playable—some are enemies, which is why they have more limited animations. Additionally, this pack is a work in progress, and I am committed to adding more animations in future updates.

Regarding the price discrepancy, I'm not sure why you were charged more, but I recommend contacting Itch.io support to help resolve this issue. 

I checked and you were charged 12.8 USD in taxes.  

Lol a scam?! These are some of the highest quality pixel art assets on the internet. You can also see most of them before you make the purchase, so that is on you. Are you expecting Ansimuz to develop some kind of clairvoyance to know exactly what you want?

I'm not criticizing  the quality, the graphics are awesome and animations are exceptional. Probably the best animator on itch.io

You see those awesome characters but then all they have is one or two animations... that's useless for a game.
