Been having this issue for months now. Every time I try to connect to Itch.io from Patreon to access content from someone I am supporting. I get "There was an error with your request" and upon reloading I get
- failed api request POST oauth2/token 401: {"error": "invalid_grant"}
If I connect to Patreon from Itch.io, it says it connected but on Patreon I get "Uh-oh. Something is wrong with this token."
I have tried disconnecting both accounts and reconnecting, clearing cache and cookies, using a different browser, using mobile, and using incognito mode. Nothing is fixing the issue.
Is there something else that I am not trying that could fix the problem? It's kind of irritating to have to keep contacting creators to send me an alternate way of accessing their content.
