My Experience

I played the original demo and the original demo didn't really leave a strong impression but seemed like an idea was there.
However I felt that the on rails boxed in nature of the original demo is still present here in this new one although the beginning segwaying you into the house and monotony routine before whisking you away to a strange fantasy was a better direction.

I can clearly see how maybe the simplicity of RPG maker with the "ASS" game rolled into this one by having the same premise as that game where you're just some guy traveling to a location by car and you stop on the side of the road somewhere where the game takes place. It was pretty obvious just looking around that the house across the street was going to be visited for gameplay it all but calls you to it (until it literally does).

Regarding art style I have to say it doeosn't blow me away, it's clear youre testing 3D game development and I get it wont be the most polished but maybe improve the lighting a bit. Something about the unreal engine basic rendering is making this game look a little ugly. Maybe bring some of the appeal of "ASS" into this, i did appreciate the painterly style there infused with the RPG maker elements it had a bit more soul than this game which  feels like wandering around the most boring Unreal Engine asset pack. I get it's going somewhere over time
but the environment is stale and frankly this house setting is very boring im tired of looking at it already.

As far as the sex scenes go, I'm not into pegging and getting boned in the shower. I would like to see more straight scenes but im not making the game. The gameplay with the shower segment was, thoughtful with the mouse interaction but it ends up having you throing the mouse in a circle and being really awkward. The wax chicks are a nice idea in theory but theyre so stiff and unresponsive it may as well be clipping your dick into a brick wall.

I really appreciated that "ASS" game felt more lively with its animation, the squash and stretch even if looped alot on some things was pretty good, maybe if this game had more jiggles and hand animated stuff like that it might be more stimulating visually. Again, terribly boring environment I feel like maybe you played Resident Evil 7 and remembered that house layout and the garage and was like "let me do something similar' but it's just not interesting. Experiment with something else, the neighborhood looks so boring and un-inspired.

Like someone else said this game just doesn't capture the mysticism "ASS" did so far but that's ok I think it just needs more experimenting to uncover what makes it unique. The wax statues of asses from the wall was interesting but it was just too static for me and I knew id never actually interact with it in this demo so it didnt really do it for me. I think the magazine on the desk wouldve been interesting if you could interact with it, maybe read up to 3 pages of gallery worthy pinup images.

The spirit lady herself is so far not as fully interesting as the statues as I found that it wasn't so much about an individual statue even though each of them were pretty quirky. It was more that collectively they almost became one character the tragic fate of these strange women subsumed into this property by forces we can't understand and a story of loss, helping them to find peace and honestly the ambient silent hill music really added a layer to maintaining mood. It was a warm blanket on the mind.

But if anything about Wax lady it seems the trope she shares with the statue has returned where the guy thinks he's about to get brutally attacked but notices the "monsterous creatures" actually slowly back off and show their sentience and look for consent which I do like about them. It's part of why among other things the statues really seemed to be more likable because it felt like they were just really excited to meet you but didn't wanna hurt you. Communication was difficult but through intimacy you found a way to communicate.

idk what else to say really, I hope you catch your stride. I'd love to see another game in the style of ASS but
at the same time I don't want to be the enemy of innovation  so I think this game might find its justification for existing over time.

Take this, it's an answer :)

I agree with a lot of this.

3D requires different skills from 2D. Some things overlap but a lot don't. AKA leaning curve.

I won't go into specifics. But yes. I'm aware that there is a LOT lacking with this game. Specially compared to ASS. It's a mix of a more complex engine, going from 2D > 3D and honestly just more time in the oven.

Ideally the end result will be good. But I'm not going to compare my games with each other. That'd be an unhealthy mindset. Each is unique and as long as I enjoy making them it'll be a success in my opinion.

With that said thanks for your constructive and extensive opinion.
