Hello! 

I have not figured out how to fix this issue on my page where I embed a youtube video and it appears grey until you click on it (see screenshot below)

Before it worked just fine for me, as you can see with the first video up top. The last two are greyed out. Have no idea how to fix this.

I would guess that yt does not provide a thumbnail for embedded videos under a threshold.
