Post questions, errata, faqs here.

Page 6, last paragraph. "In the case of a type",
likely should be, "In the case of a tie"

Developer

Yup! We've got that (and a few other tweaks) in a 1.2 ready to upload alongside the first deckplan! Thanks for calling it out. It's really appreciated.

Not-yet-F AQ: Is there any preview? I don't usually follow your work but had a quick skim of your blog & bsky, but didn't see anything. Not something like the massive Wolves preview, just a quick example of the vibe and style?

Developer

Not at the moment, but I'll see what I can put on the blog shortly.

Page 5 - The Game - Lists the Core Attributes as Body Mind Nerve but Page 9 - Character Creation - Lists them as Body Speed Nerve

oooof how did I miss that. Ok.

Still present in 1.2 BTW

Also, just noticed on Page 12 in Combat, subsection Damage & Harm it reads "When a Character fails a Dodging save they suffer get hurt." - Was it intended to be another Condition? or does it mean suffer/get hurt?

Developer

it's just a typo. "They get hurt" means i.e. wounded.

On Page 11 under Pick one starting MOS, it advises to set the Engineering Repair skill to d8. There is no corresponding Skill in the Skill list on Page 11, was it intended to be Tech? Which then begs the question, should the Science MOS  get Science instead of Tech as listed

The Download File Name is actually "voices int he void" not voices in the void when opened for some reason.

Okay I have a combat question. If a character attacks Durable Robot with a d8 weapon and gets 14+5=19 they would hit. Do I then roll the enemy's armor d10 and on a 2+ they do not take a wound?

As a follow up. I guess for an Attach I would actually use d20 + Body (value) + Violence (dice) + Weapon (dice) .... So this could be where I am going wrong and why it was so fatal.

Developer

Ok, so to lay it out:

If you want to attack, you roll d20+Body (Value)+Violence(die)+Weapon(die).

You would sum it all up. If the result was higher than your body difficulty, you are successful and deal 1 wound.

I can see where Armor for enemies is unclear (as you'd not want to add the enemy's armor die to the total you rolled.  I got a wire crossed somewhere. I'll take a look and clarify in the next updated revision (aiming for this weekend).

To avoid harm, you would roll d20+Body(Value)+Dodging(die) vs Difficulty 17.  If you fail, you then roll the armor die.  You then get hurt.

Also do threats only get one action so each robot would force a single Dodge for the attacked character?

Developer

Yes.
