Reason for price for game in early access

Your game cost 4 dollars, for game in early access is too much, and don't have demo version. Can you explain why users must waste money on game that isn't done, if your other projects is abandoned. Also you don't give guaratnties for update & sharing update version for persons who bought your game.

I apologize if the price is a bit high, everyone who tried the game before it was public told me that this price was fine.

Regarding my previous projects, I apologize in advance, but I was unable to continue them either because they did not provide much support or I had to leave them for personal reasons.

As you said, I can't guarantee anything, but I am putting a lot of effort into this project since everything, be it programming, models, most of the sounds, was done by me.

But I don't plan to abandon this project, even if it doesn't seem like it, the little that there is was weeks of dedication, so if you give me a new opportunity I would really appreciate it.

Your game looks amazing, and I can't wait to try it! Please stick with it, and I know you will get a following behind you :)

That still not reasanoble answer for price of that game, because demo still not exist for test, I understand if it was free version, and paid latest version, But you just drop game in early acces with price simmilar to done projects, like "Hotline Miami" series, or "Lethal Company". Also you don't answer about users who already buy game, they buy game in that version, or they will have future updates.

If we refereng to your old projects, they still abandoned, and they still cost money, this means that users can buy an abandoned unfinished project and at the same time also waste money, wouldn't it be better to make abandoned projects free, given the general earnings policy on patreon.

About models, sounds and etc. This is not a strong argument in favor of an inflated price, since the project is still raw, and as I mentioned earlier for $ 4 there are games and projects that are finished and also use the original assets.

Even though I find fault and try to challenge these arguments, my goal with regard to you is not toxic hate, but to improve the quality of the gaming industry and possibly improve the quality of this project.

I agree. The content currently in the game is what you’d expect from a demo.

It helps fund the project of the game and gives him a reason to continue making updates for the game and $4 is cheaper than lethal company

In mine country lethal company is 3.5$

Lethal company has a lot more meat. My main concern here is that most adult game devs will charge per update, or abandon projects early, meaning your 4$ doesn’t go very far.

honestly anything under 5$ is fine for ea the issue is if the dev stops working on the game
