My payout has now been stuck in review for more than 26 days and it’s supposed to take 10-14 days according to the tooltip.
I first contacted support regarding a general question regarding the payout 15 days ago, and again 3 days ago regarding the time it takes.
For both mails I didn’t get a response (yet?).
Any suggestions on what to do or who to contact? I messaged support@itch.io
After 44 days the payout was cancelled since my tax info wasn’t valid apparently.
I then asked support what was missing and whether I should re-issue the payout.
No response ever since.
I then re-did the tax interview and issued a new payout and that’s now 43 days ago.
Of 3-4 messages to support only one was reacted to and that also took weeks?
This is also my first payout since I joined itch as developer in 2018, so I effectively got never paid for anything.
I’m really tired of dealing with this topic and will likely soon just pull the plug on my account.
