My payout has now been stuck in review for more than 26 days and it’s supposed to take 10-14 days according to the tooltip.

I first contacted support regarding a general question regarding the payout 15 days ago, and again 3 days ago regarding the time it takes.

For both mails I didn’t get a response (yet?).

Any suggestions on what to do or who to contact? I messaged support@itch.io

Yes, please read the rules of this category for how to speed things up, but payouts often take longer than the listed time.

This ticket for me 252645 i wait the 1 to 3 days as describe in the rules to have answer to my mail , again i'm really happy with  itch.io but just want to get an answer please
