The number of views has dropped sharply

Looks like something wrong with itch after dec 15. I have published my game and had about 1700 views per first days, later the number of viewers goes down and now I have less than 20 viewers per day. Is it a normal situation? As for me it looks very weird.

Maybe it is the "feature" of my new game and nobody likes it, ok. But I have checked my previous game (it has been published more than a year ago) and I see the same situation - after dec 15 the number of viewers goes down dramatically.

What's happened?

Which game?

They are NSFW games.

Right, in such cases please just name the title (you should remove the links now). Your games will have to be seen by itch.io staff before they show up in search results again. If it takes too long, see the rules of this category for what to do.

This is pretty normal. As the game drops off from the new list, fewer people see it.

Is there a way to contact with the administration to make the moderation precess faster? The games have been removed from index more than a month ago, I have send two emails to support - no any answers or reaction.  ((

Yes, please read the rules of this category. And next time make your own topic because I almost missed your post.

I read the rules, there is a text "The response time for different questions may vary, usually we respond within 1-3 days, but it may take longer depending on the type of issue." I sent my first message to support@itch.io on January 7th (ticket ID: 249972) and still have not received any response. Is my "problem" too complex to solve? But in that case, the admin could at least give some kind of response explaining the situation (or my fault, if any), wouldn't that be logical?

This topic was created by me, why should I create a new one?

I don't know how tickets are prioritized. I've let our admins know to take a look. And oops, didn't realize it was a follow-up.

Thank you a lot. I hope with your help my games will finally be indexed and returned to search.
