Bug Reports - How To Guide Sticky

If you've found a bug in our game, Thanks! Sometimes its hard to track down issues while you're building the game. We really appreciate your help identifying parts of our game that are not working as they're supposed to. In order for us to address these issues, we need to be sure we get as much information from you as possible. The more you can tell us, the better chance it makes it into our next release.

Please include the following with any Bug Report post:

  • Platform: PC / Mac
  • Operating System: ex. Windows 10 Home, OSX 10.11.6 El Capitan
  • CPU: 3.5 GHz Intel i7, 3770K
  • GPU: Nvidia GTX 970, Radeon RX480
  • Ram: 16GB DDR3, 1600
  • CANARI Release Number: v6911
  • Detailed Account of what happened
  • Any screenshots, videos if applicable
If you are on a Mac, you can find your system information by clicking on the Apple icon on the top left of your screen, About this Mac. On a PC, you can right click on 'Computer' and choose Properties from the Start Menu.

It is important that you describe in detail what happened that caused the issue. We need to replicate the problem in order to understand what went wrong. Please be patient. We will look into every bug report we receive, but it may take time in order to fit the fix in with the next release. Thanks again for your help!
