I can't seem to be able to scroll across the cooking options nor any options. Any idea why?

Because mouse interaction for every GUI has to be coded in separately. I simply haven’t done it yet. This is not a bug.

ah I think I phrase the sentence wrong. I meant to say pressing the left, right, up and down keybinds. Not mouse scrolling. But yeah, it didn't affect the gameplay that much, I simply progress the story and it turn back to normal.
