He's in the hall right outside the math classroom, he's the kid with orange hair looking at his phone

If you've 100%ed Olivia then I believe it saying to talk to him is a bug. I have the same thing on my solo route save
What about Brittany is there any mission left

yes, the yellow text is just saying you have to reach a certain level of relationship with someone else or raise a skill level
So there is a no mission left with Brittany right
There's still stuff to do with her, you just need to progress other characters or story like progress Linda's story or increase your strength stat or charisma stat
