The author is "Andrew Sitkov" and it's a bonus track (titled "BONUS - Experiment") from "Action Game Loops Pack", it was available on HumbleBundle from where I purchased it, but if you google it, you can probably find other stores that sell the pack which includes the music used in the title screen.
