Is there a walkthrough or a guide available to get all pics in the gallery because i have finished through the update and i have all of cal’s pics on the first page but none on the second page.

The second page is just a placeholder for the next episodes at this point, so don't worry, if you have all the CG's on the first page then you have all the available ones :)
