Why can't I complete the "Proving Your Worth" achievement? QWQ (SPOILER)

The challenge mode for the third one is enabled.

I also entered the hidden room (the one with lots of coffins).

But after being teleported by the ghost to the 11th-floor room,

I didn't get the sword.

Did I miss something?

Probably because...

See those green eyes?
They represent that the save has "cheat statues" enabled
(not very "cheat", just giving Japes some buffs... but... you know what I mean)

They should not be enabled....
After all....How do you "ProveYyour Worth" when you have buffs?
