I'm having trouble figuring out how to organize things to find the poem to unlock chapter 59. (I'm working on the poem that begins "weoei/iyetlP".)

I've decoded the hint, and took it to mean start by line-breaking the poem on the slash marks. That seems unlikely the be right.

Since there are a prime number of characters, I tried taking every N characters since it's circular, knowing that for any N I would use all the letters on the disc. None of those seemed to be correct.

I'm confident that the task is simply to find the correct way to re-order the characters on the disc much like the columns in the previous chapter, but I'm striking out on specific approach.

I'd appreciate hints, starting with very gentle clues that might get me off on a productive path.

Do not focus on the primes.

Yes, breaking the lines by slashes is not the way. 

Now for the actual (hopefully subtle) hint: There is another common approach to line breaking of the poem.
