Possible bug. If you get injured during a level and then finish it, quit to main menu, and go back in, you get repaired for free. I tested this a few times.
Probably isnt a feature, but lets hope they actually add a feature like this. Because you basically are dead when there are Jetback bots + you only have 1 leg
