Can't Start Demon-cracy

Hopefully someone can help.

I'm trying to do the Demon-cracy quest. I've unlocked intermediate rank adventuring, I've done 6 of the 7 quests. I've already completed Winterfall, and it's been MANY days since then. As far as I know, I should have unlocked something that would make an exclamation point appear near Nephlune that would start the Demon-cracy quest. I don't see it, and I can't figure out what I'm missing or doing wrong.

Actually, never mind! I started messing around on this newest version, did one more day change over, and when the new day in Roya started the quest marker was finally flashing where it was supposed to be. Something must have changed since the last version I played to fix it. Sorry to waste your time!

I'd rather have a false positive report than miss a critical bug, so I appreciate you taking the time to write the post anyway and I'm glad it's working now. :) Enjoy the quest! I put a lot of work into it.
