I have the cod piece. I've spoken with Isla. Saw the disturbing sex scene with her and the vampires. And told her about all the monsters on her list. But I've seen no spells for enlarging the codpiece you find in the outpost behind the harlequin.
Is that for a later update or a special dungeon I missed?
Okay, now that I JUST NOW found the witch lady with knowledge of the mountain lord and apparently the codpiece.
SHE still tells me to go find vampires. Even after the vampires saw me with the codpiece and came to Isla and they have their 3-way.
Should I do see the same vampires again, to this TIME enlarge the codpiece? I wish they had just done it when they came to see her at the church.

I hate being a completionist sometimes.
Talk to Isla, then head out toward the fort on the area with the cult and temple, at the fort buy a cod piece, fight and beat the vampire on the world map, get thru the whole conversation. Then return to Isla and converse with her. They'll get into a 3way and you'll be unable to join but you'll leave it with mixed feelings. My thoughts mostly were that Isla have basically given up on killing demons she's attracted to.
Just like KO summed it up, you talk to the church girl "ask about herself", you go to the outpost and buy codpiece, bring it back to her to find it's too small, go the witch and she mentions vampires, go to the mossy map where the outpost is to encounter vampires (described "pale women" on map ) , go back to church, "ask about herself" again and vampire sisters will appear to have a little fun. Fun event though no art at this point, we will probably get more as fight with both sisters is still described as "not finished".
