Hello, it has been 44 days since I initiated a payout (payout 164576), that also has an incorrect tax withholding rate (should be 0% because of W8BEN-I but is marked as 30%). I have contacted support a few times over the course of several weeks (support ticket 254455), making sure to wait more or less a week between my messages, but have yet to receive an answer. A month or so before initiating this payout, my W8BEN form expired after 3 years so I filled it again, and I changed as well the PayPal account that is linked to my itch.io account. I would appreciate getting an update regarding this. 😅 Thanks.
