Is posible to make sort of platfrom game?

I mean some like simple mario u know jump on head enemy die and change form ofc u know or u have plane to make simple platform plugin when i see u make this plugin maybe u can make another i think easy to make for u but i dont know im not a programer.

And i cant buy this plugin plz add Cards mastercard and other plz i dont use paypal sry i use revolute.

It's not entirely possible. Or if it's possible it'd be quite difficult to achieve, especially when you're new at RPG Maker.
