May be a dumb question but I`m new to RPG Maker and that Plugin would do exactly what I need but is is possible that the bar just appears in a battlescreen or is it limited to the World.

This plugin is only to show bars on map, meaning not in the turn-based battle of RPG Maker. This plugin is better for games that don't use the default turn-based.
