In September of last year, I filled out the tax interview, but only initiated my first pay out in January. February 3rd I received an email from the tax third party service informing me my tax information was incorrect and I needed to retake the tax interview. There was no link within the email to do so, only instructions to email back to open a ticket. So I emailed back hoping to receive more information and was sent an email sending me to the FAQ for the tax interview and telling me to wait for support to email me back in 2-3 days. After a couple days, I looked through the FAQ and realized what the issue was. I emailed the same thread asking if I could retake the tax interview. I received no response for a couple weeks. I looked through the Itch community forums here and some people said to email Itch support directly for a link to retake the tax interview. So I emailed support asking for a link to retake the tax interview. I did not get a response from Support, but a few days later I received a second, identical email to the very first email from the tax third party telling me (again) that my tax information was incorrect and I needed to retake the tax interview. Again, still no link to actually retake the tax interview. I emailed back asking for a link and received an identical support and FAQ email to the first, again with no link.
I've looked all over my settings and profile, trying to see if there's a place I can retake it on Itch, and have not been able to find it. Is there a link somewhere in my profile I'm missing where I can retake it? I'm a freelancer and February is a slow month so I could really use the money I've made on Itch to pay some bills. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
