How to get larger file size upload limit? (Support has not responded)

Hello everyone,

Has anyone had success getting their upload limit increased above 1GB? I've made an Unreal project for the first time and the game is 1.9GB, but the upload limit is 1GB. It said to increase the limit I need to contact support, but it has been two weeks with no response and I'd like to release the game soon. It is a prequel to another game I made a few years ago. For the other game, we have a joint account that *did* have the 1GB limit increased, but since this is a game I personally made and I have a decent number of followers on this account from another game I released, I'd much prefer to upload the game here than on the other account.. anyone know if there's any other avenues to get this addressed? Based on the other threads in here it seems like the support tickets aren't being looked at for over a month at least.

Thanks

P.S. Also the rules on here say support tickets should be typically responded to in 1-3 days and that if I do make a thread about it to put in the ticket ID with my message, but I don't have a ticket ID? I just emailed the support account and didn't get any response.

If you didn't get the automated reply with the ticket ID, your e-mail might have been lost on the way. Check your spam folder. In the mean time you can use Butler to use twice your quota.

Oh, I did get it I just didn't see it when checking my emails since it wasn't a direct reply. 260993 is the ID.

I didn't know about this! You mean I can go to up to 2GB if I use this tool? That's perfect if so!

Okay! I've let our admins know.
