Raft Resolution Issue

I downloaded Raft last night and I opened the launcher only to be disappointed by the screen resolution options. It only has two options which are 640 x 400 and 320 x 200( I know of no games that run at a resolution that small ).

My screen resolution is 1024x768 and every time I open it the game is playable, but it's an eyesore especially considering I can't read any of the test as it is minuscule. I've already played 2 hours worth by what I know, and it's not a huge deal, but if there's a way to scale it up I'd love to fix this and be able to play it scaled to the size of my actual resolution. What's weird is that the screen doesn't cut off at all, it's full screen, but the UI and all is considerably tiny and hard to work with.

Other information you might would like to know is that I have the x64 bit version and I've tried searching through %appdata% (only to find saves that are encryped) and I've searched the actual game folder for any settings that I could possibly open with Notepad++ and type in the appropriate resolution.

I mean, I don't see how this can be the case.

My graphics card is Nvidia GeForce 840M, and runs every other game with resolutions that match my screen dimensions. If I could just increase the UI then I'd be set, the game looks nice, nothing looks bad except the interface. :/

(1 edit)

Its likely not the games fault, as everyone I've seen including myself playing raft, has been able to play it at 1080p

also 1024x768 is an odd monitor resolution. It's likely that 1024x768 isn't a resolution supported by the game.

EDIT: Just checked up on it, 1024x768 is not a resolution the game supports
