I can't seem to find the three eyed woman in Lualombo, I even tried pressing on the pictures and statues thinking maybe the woman is dead and I need to find something about her instead. Does it require me to progress further in the story first? ( I've finished up to the Sunne fragment dungeon)

It's a woman in the prison. You have to interact with the iron bar door of her cell to talk with her.
