You should export tetris.tic cartridge before. To do it go to https://alkau.itch.io/tic-tetric page, press ESC to show console, then 'save tetris.tic' and 'get tetris.tic'. So, now you can open the cartridge in your local TIC, use add/load commands or just open tetris.tic with tic.exe.
