Unable to interact with Menus on change of resolution

First off, my apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

I made a mistake while setting my resolution, and now the menus do not respond.
I misclicked and didn't notice I had set the resolution of the game to 1600x1200 instead of 1600x900 and now I am unable to interact with the options menu to change the resolution back. I can reach it using the arrow keys and prompts, but the drop down menu to change resolution will not open.
I've deleted and re-extracted the files, however it is locked at that resolution. Is there a file I can edit to change the resolution to default, or a system option I can modify. I am unable to change my desktop resolution to the one set in game.

You can change the resolution manually in user settings file, it should be located in: C:\Users\<your_user>\AppData\Roaming\WizardsOfTheCode\Soulash\data\user_settings.json
You can change the "viewport.resolution.w" to 1600 and "viewport.resolution.h" to 900 there. Remember to change the file while the game is not running, because it will overwrite the file when you exit.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. This fixed the situation.

I really enjoy your game thus far.
