What if in titanium when you upgrade everything a new level for each upgrade appears. Like level 3 aim time level 5 energy level 4 hammer level 3 recharge.
So, like ultimate upgrades? Hmmmmm, that might work, but with all the other upgrades, the enemies get harder as you get stronger, but not with these. and I think that full upgrades make you OP as it is
