I tried with both versions of the game, and when i open it it tells me: An Unreal process has crashed: UE4-ShopSim.
Plz help me fix it.

Could you give me some details on your computer spec and what version of the game you download for which operating system, please?
Could you send me your CrashContext.runtime file.
Also, could you tell me if your video card is DX11 compatible?

I have windows 8, i tried both versions and my PC is a Toshiba Qosmio.

You do not have any debugging symbols required to display the callstack for this crash.
also me too. The problem will be fixed eventually. Right now the developer is looking into it trying to find any bugs or glitchs that is causing this.
Also to help fix the problem I suggest you get the dump and logs file and upload it to the developer
