Can't run DM Helper.

When I try to run the program I get the following error message, "The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your
computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I have tried reinstalling but it didn't fix the issue. I downloaded "DM Helper Windows 64-bit release v1.4"

That doesn't sound good at all! Unfortunately, this sort of thing is very difficult to debug remotely. What system and version of Windows do you have?

I have an acer TravelMate 7730  with a GeForce 9300m gs 256mb GPU and an intel Core2 Duo T5870 @ 2.00GHz running Windows 7

Further questions - is that a 64-bit Windows 7 Version? Which Edition of Windows 7 is that?

Thanks!

The missing DLL belongs to the Visual Studio redistributable package, which may not be pre-installed on your machine.

Can I ask you to try installing that package from Microsoft (link below) and let me know of that fixes the problem?

Good Luck!

Thank you. It works now.
