hi all

i was trying to buy something on itch but it won't let me

i keep getting this message:

Sorry, we can't accept your purchase at this time due to the updated 2015 VAT regulations. Your billing address does not match your purchase location (NL).

i tried buying without a VPN active as i thought that might be interfering but no dice

i live in the UK, dose this mean the content i wan't to buy can't be sold in the UK or EU?
