I was thinking of buying asset forge, and I was wondering, does the 3D exporter have options to be able to combine the blocks into a single mesh & cull invisible geometry?

You can choose whether to combine blocks to a single mesh (or one mesh per material) or keep the blocks separate. There's no options to cull geometry.
