The first glitch can be easily triggered by kicking and jumping during the kick animation, if you did it correctly, the robot should jump with it's body contorted to the side.
The second one is a bit tougher and I couldn't reproduce it as easily as the first one, but, if you get knocked down, and do the backwards getting up move, at the start of the backflip animation, if you change weapons, your torso will be locked in an upright position while your legs spin in a strange, kind of disturbing manner.
