How do I test the game??

I have two apps, ECwolf, and Dosbox... neither of them worked when I pointed to them. ECwolf just gives me a list of wads, and loads the default maps. The dosbox wrapper just loads the game default... So much is left un-explained, I'm a complete noob, but I'm loathing the idea that I need to read a tome of info for the express purpose of doing this test I wanted to do (checking to see how blood is ingested in the game).

You need to first compile the data files (File -> Compile All or File -> Compile -> <the file name>) and then run the game from your project's Output Folder.

You might need to change your DOSBox config file for the game to point at the output folder, too, depending on how you have that set up.

I don't have much experience with ECWolf.
