CTRL + S brings up Save As dialog instead of saving to existing file

Discovered while using:

Windows 10 Home v1909

Asset Forge 2.0 preview 1B

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Save a model file and specify a file name.
  2. Wait for several minutes. Maybe 5 to 10 minutes?
  3. Press CTRL + S to save.

Expected behavior: the file is saved over the original file name

Actual behavior: the Save As dialog pops up with a suggested "Unititled" file name.

If I save with a file name and then immediately press CTRL + S, I get the "Saved file!" message and it works as expected. However, if I work for several minutes and press CTRL + S, that's when I get the Save As dialog.

Hey! Thanks for reporting this. I've tried to replicate the issue but I'm not getting the same issue you're having. I'm also unable to think what could cause this other than something like a cloud service you're using, or a back-up method?

Thanks for the response. I'll double check that I'm not saving to my Dropbox folder or something like it.

Did that fix the issue?
