Well, for some reason that never pops up it the "Failed quests" menu. Even though I passed that part.
Yes, that quest will always fail as part of the events.
why i can't find criminal hunt in board, bug?. i want unlock moriko CGs because is only moriko last in my CG room
Have you build the police HQ, went there to upgrade it, and re-entered the map to let the upgrade finish, before going to the Aldlyn city board?

why i failed at the magic torch quest, am i doin something wrong, because e clearing the side quest and not the magic torch quest
can i still defeating fuka without that torch?
