They are in there but it takes a little effort for both of them. The one by Fae is Maya, and you get that by finding where her 5 treasure maps are. The other is a night elf, that you get after being able to get to the blue boundary. She's at the far right, and I THINK you have to see two elves having fun first before the guarding night elf says "screw it" and has fun. She will say "go away" a few times before deceding to have a little fun though!
