I purchased the 700+ Bundle last week to support a good cause and its not showing as being purchased. I've clicked on the link that was sent to me in an email and I got a "404 " message. I requested that a new link be sent but I'm still waiting. I'm using the app which looks quite useful but no matter where I navigate to find my purchase/games, its either empty or shows I haven't purchased anything.
I also went to this link: https://itch.io/my-purchases/bundles and it says I haven't purchased as well. Oh and I created an account using the same email that I used to purchase the bundle (no multiple accounts here) and haven't gotten any further in the process.
Any ideas what else I can try? Quite frustrating but I'll live. :)
