It's not possible yet, sorry. The library page simply isn't designed to have so many entries, so it would break if they were all added at once. That will be fixed now the bundle is over.

Also, I can't claim any of the games I had not claimed when the bundle was still going on, how do I claim them now
You need to download for that game to appear in your library I think.
