My game is not appearing on the site

We can't find our game even while searching for specifically for it's name which is Red Frontier 2. We've made it public so that's not the issue. I messaged support but they didn't respond. Anyone having the same problem? Is there a setting I forgot?

Red Frontier 2 appears in searches for me. First result for that name, even. It probably took a moment to be indexed.

Did you search Red Frontier 1 or 2? Because Red Frontier 1 is fine. Our sequel is having this problem

Weird. For some reason we can't find it. I can find it after logging in but my project partner can't;

It has been three days. it doesn't show up on search. But as far as I understand some people see it some people don't

Me too. Even my username doesn't showed up when I searched it with or without a logged in account.

I can only use the direct link to let someone get to the page.

If you had started a new topic like you're supposed to (I almost missed your post), you'd have been asked to read the Search & Browse FAQ, which explains possible causes for this. Hope this helps.

We fill every requirements that are in the link you've posted under the Getting Indexed. And it's been 2 days we've made our demo avaible. Maybe it's a bug?

More likely it's being held up for some reason. Try contacting support, but waiting times are long these days.

Thank you for your answer.

I've read it and follow it's step. Including enabling the NSFW list, and searching for full name project until the bottom of page but still not see it.

And according to that FAQ, maybe my page's tagged for review by internal staff because It's my first game?

I've uploaded my first game 9 days ago. I signed up about 50 days ago.

Games can be help in the queue for a variety of internal reasons, too. Try contacting support.

Alright. Thanks a lot. :)

It's working now. I can search by my username or the game name. And I got some additional views from the category search. It's really helpful.

I'm so sorry. I should have read the FAQ before.  I'm really new to this site. And started to like it.

Thank you so much for everything!

I have the same problem, I write in search of The Local Conflict and I can't find anything, I don't have it in the latest games released, it's like I posted it on my personal website, not on itch.io.

you made the game public?

Yes.

ok

I think it's not right, I was hoping that at the beginning of the game at least a little appreciated, but now I have 2 downloads, and it's me and my friend, who I gave the link to. If anyone thinks the game isn't public, the link: https://11segment.itch.io/the-local-conflict

If you had started a new topic like we ask everyone to do instead of hijacking another thread, first of all I'd have seen it two days ago. Second, you'd have been asked to read the Search & Browse FAQ, which lists possible causes. Hope this helps.

This is an old message, after that I wrote a new topic and you answered me there. By the way, can you check my question on username? Link: https://itch.io/t/847451/change-username

I can't help with username changes, sorry.
