needs a refund request button and a reason for why you want a refund which will be publicly viewable but not the credcard info.
You mean as opposed to people contacting support through the usual means to request a refund, like it's done now?
contact takes too long, people need something more convenient. espsecially when a purchase was a mistake and not what they were trying to buy.
