Try to run novetus from "Start Novetus"

What version have you installed?

i installed the the stable full version

You should have some .cmd files. Try re-downloading and extracting again. Make sure you're NOT running from the zip file.

Also make sure you type 1, then immediately press enter. If nothing happens, check Task Manager.
