im using clickteam fusion and when i export my game as a .exe file and run it it gets moved to my antivirus's quarintine because it was infected with evo-gen. is it really infected? or is my antivirus acting up? what do i do ;-;

The antivirus is acting up most likely. It’s usually caused because your executable has not been seen before (because you just made it) and the antivirus is trying to be on the safe side. This warning would make sense to an average user, to protect them, but not that much to a programmer.

phew! thanks!

I have the same problem. Here are some possible fixes, not compressing the runtime being the easiest one: https://clickfusion.academy/prevent-false-virus-flags-fusion-2-5/
