I read the pillars down memory lane, and even though I clicked no to all of them some of the effects still persist. "Scan" and "Grey" for sure, not sure about the others.
The door to your bedroom past the teleport crystal opened twice then became a black square that can't be used to enter the room but can be used to exit.

Actually, you should check the Lady's Touch, the Dragonroot is 100 col but the potion sells at 125. I'm not a native english speaker, sorry if i made a mistake haha. Btw love the game!
Entering the pool of questionable rebirth you are put on a rock and are unable to move. (too bad the teleport stones are gone, I feel like they would have been a work around for a couple of these)
