I was wondering if there were going to be responses to king rune, it's nice to see it happening like a real conversation instead of him not waiting for your answer.
There are going to be dialogues, but much, much later, after the player visits Theodoxa and finds one of his sons, prince Goro, on the throne. There will be more interactions with Kawae-Sa much earlier than that though.
