A visual novel where you hypnotize cute girls and feel bad about it (in development) 路 By Angela DeMille

I would give this a near perfect score if it were finished.

So, this isnt a review, just some thoughts. This was my comment on a recommendation on r/erotichypnosis subreddit.

"What a fucking recommendation. I didnt expect to like it, as I just needed to get my hypno rocks off, but wtffff.

The Nozomi storyline was definitely hot, but sweet at the end (barring the fucked up unfinished end choices, I mean the main end choice). Had me contemplating my earlier relationships in life. Wish the storyline where shes the tist was fleshed out.

Just finished Sayoris storyline. I feel horrendous after having gone through all the options. I wish I could have (avoiding spoilers here) merged them together and seen what happens. That NEEDS to be flashed out. That seriously fucked me up and I dont know how I feel.

Man, this game has a lot of thought into it, and Im glad its not just smut, past some occasional nudity.

Btw, if the dev made a game that WAS smut like this, id probably pay dumb money. Bonus if Im getting hypnotized lol, but I realize the difficulty in that."

The characters are very believable, the dialogue is excellent, especially for one person, if that is the case. Of course I wish it was "smuttier", but I had Nozomis storyline hit harder than I thought for a story that can be read by a mid teenager.

Overall, I still heed to play Hirokos storyline, but i got a lot out of this already. I appreciate all the work youve put into this, and realize its prob a one person party, or no more than a few people. The fact youre still updating this shows dedication.

If you ever need someone to bounce ideas off of as a viewer/player, I would be happy to.

Oh, neat! I noticed the game was seeing some traffic from reddit this month.

Anyway, I'm so glad you liked it! I really enjoyed putting a lot of this stuff together and I've no intention of stopping :) Also, you might be interested in joining my Discord server if you haven't already. There's a lot of discussion about the game on there, and I frequently look at the ideas people have about ongoing storylines~

(Sorry, just saw this reply after looking for updates 馃榿). Yeah, someone made the recommendation in a post about hypno games, with a couple of people verifying it was good. Sorry my post was vulgar and all over the place, I think I was still in a bit of awe haha.

Youre doing good work, so def keep it up! Ill check out the discord as well!

Also, if I want the update, do I download the game again? Will it merk my save data? Definitely want to see what you come up with!

Haha, welcome back! About the update, you need to download the whole game but it *should* pick up your saved games from the previous release. Although there are sometimes complications... Kinda comes with the territory for an in-develpment game I guess ^^;

Renpy will pick up the saves, but it remembers them as "which line in the code were you at", which causes problems with updates: when there are small ones your saves can slide back and forth along a branch by a few posts. If there's a large new branch added or if there's a commented out section that got deleted (Angela frequently leaves those: writing a draft, commenting it out, and then writing the full version in between the draft lines, then at a later update deleting the leftover draft comments), then your save can jump from one branch to another completely different one.

My recommendation is, after you've seen every branch that previously existed and you've just downloaded the latest update, go into your settings (inside the penlight menu) and turn on "skip unread text". Then you can use the skip function to jump to choices until you get to the branch you are looking for from the beginning of the game. There aren't *that* many choices, so it's pretty fast.

The reason you'd want to skip unread stuff to get to unread stuff is that she frequently updates early portions one or two lines at a time, subtle tweaks and expression changes stuff. If you leave it to default (only skipping stuff you've already seen) you can't skip any scene because the game keeps going "Oh, you may have seen Hiroko say 'Back off asshole!', but you haven't seen her say 'Back off {w=0.5}{vpunch = 0.5}ASSHOLE!'" every 3 or so lines.
