I'm considering buying this, but need to know if it can export in a way that it can be animated in Dragonbones, etc.
Hello, it's not fully supported.
The closest thing is that you can export character to a sprite atlas that looks like this:
That is actually 100% perfect! Better than I was hoping for, actually.
