If you've been alive for more than 10 years you probably remember playing a Double Fine game. After all, there are a lot of hits in that catalog: Psychonauts, Grim Fandango, and Stacking are all classics in their own right. Want to relive some of gaming's most charming entries?
We've got Double Fine's catalog available now.
That's right, now you can enjoy all of the benefits of itch.io (DRM-free, full support in the itch app, and directly supporting creators) while playing your favorite Double Fine games. Check out some of our recommendations below.
Are you interested in one of the jazziest soundtracks of all time? Do you want to play one of the funniest games of all time while listening to one of the jazziest soundtracks of all time? Check out Grim Fandango. Originally released in 1998, Grim Fandango brings the classic up to date with revamped visuals but keeps all of your favorite character moments at the forefront. If you've never played Grim Fandango think of a modern point-and-click adventure with a unique Day of the Dead theme and an emotionally affecting story.
I'm a huge fan of the Final Fantasy Tactics series. Sadly, we haven't gotten a new entry in the series in years. If the design of Massive Chalice is any indication, someone at Double Fine is a big fan as well. Blending tactical RPGs and breeding mechanics, Massive Chalice forces you to make hard choices while managing a dwindling timeline and squabbling royal families. Oh, and it has a gorgeous low-poly aesthetic that stands up with Double Fine's best
There aren't a lot of games out there that embrace the metal aesthetic. There are even fewer that get metal. Brutal Legend is one of the latter. Guide Jack Black-voiced roadie Eddie Riggs around around a world inspired by your favorite metal album covers and command troops in a fusion of Real Time Strategy and Hack and Slash gameplay. The story is fun and has some of the most unique moments set to licensed music in gaming. It's also worth mentioning that the soundtrack is a great primer to metal from the past 40 years.

Is it possible to buy all of the games at once somehow, or must they be bought in 11 separate transactions?
There's a bundle here: https://itch.io/s/7698/double-...
Great! Thanks, leafo! :D I looked for that on Double Fine's page and the bundle page, but wasn't able to find it.
Anderson Cooper eye roll.
