Very fun concept but felt a little stiff control-wise, and punishing with the lack of a checkpoint system. Cool usage of the water mechanics and there seemed to be a lot of inspiration behind it. I enjoyed the sprites and the premise, and it's got a lot of character, yet could feel a little more 'fluid.' Nice work overall.
I missed Splinter Cell: Double Agent when I played this lol. Anyway, I'd like to add an aiming for Wetfoot. He can't aim his tongue, so determining the distance from his tongue to the target is hard. Make grappling a bit of a of a struggle.
