Also, I recorded a video playing your game (among some others 1-bit games), feel free to check it from minute 14:15 (there is a bug, that the game cannot be open in a full screen, even if it looks like full screen):

I can record your other games in case you need any feedback.

Thank you, it's nice seeing someone play my game (especially since I didn't have any play testers) !

I don't understand why the full screen mode is buggy. It works for me when I press F but not when clicking the arrows...

I guess the game doesn't really explain it but the goal is simply to go as fast as possible to recharge the car battery with sunlight.

Feel free to record any of my other games, getting feedback is always interesting but I'm not planning to update them at the moment. (and Nemesis Tournament has very little content)

Also sorry for taking forever to reply...

Pretty original game. Howe to win this?

interesting game, controls and moving in general is nice, but I don't understand what we are supposed to shoot at

Developer

You don't have to but you can shoot other cars to get them out of your way. I intended to add enemies and roadblocks but I ran out of time...

Cool take on the theme and I have to say, I loved your description for the game too. The color shift as you are going faster/slower is a great effect too. Overall nicely done!

Developer(+1)

Thank you !

I'm glad you liked the color effect, I spend more time than I should have tweaking it...

Very cool! Great use of theme! It just seemed like a strange game to have a gun in. Maybe something that lets you turn sharply or briefly accelerate would have been more fitting? I still enjoyed it though. Well done!

Developer

Thank you !

I was planning to add enemies and power-ups but I ran out of time (most of the gameplay was made in the last 24h lol).

Very unique take on the theme! I very much appreciate the speed of the game, it's fun to control. I'm not sure if this is just a me problem but the game window is super super tiny. I tried pressing F to fullscreen it and it didn't seem to work. I could still see and understand everything tho so it wasn't a huge deal and it could very well just be a me problem

Developer(+1)

Glad you liked it :)

I don't know why the fullscreen mode didn't work for you. The game as a base resolution of 640x360 and stays pixelated when rescaled (looks better with 2 colors and dithering imo).

Weird error when trying to play:

Error

The following features required to run Godot projects on the Web are missing:

Cross Origin Isolation - Check web server configuration (send correct headers)

SharedArrayBuffer - Check web server configuration (send correct headers)

Developer

Should be fixed now. I don't understand, I tried playing it right after submitting and it worked... 🤔

Thanks for letting me know.

(If anyone has the same problem, try enabling "SharedArrayBuffer support" in the itch.io game edit page)
